Why our own AI models?

Standard AI solutions are designed for everyone, and therefore exactly right for no one. Logistics has its own language, its own units and its own dependencies. A model that knows that context gives answers that are usable in practice. Because we develop the models ourselves, we also decide how they are trained, how they handle your data and how they evolve.

The infrastructure underneath

AI agents are only as reliable as the environment they run in. That is why our agents work within OrangeChain, with the same security as the rest of the platform: access management, encryption and data protection in line with the GDPR. Every action by an agent is recorded, so you can always look back at what was done and why. If an agent fails, a manual procedure takes over and your process keeps running.
