Status information from carriers comes in automatically. The platform adjusts the expected arrival window as soon as the situation changes.
Alerts for deviations
You automatically receive an alert when an order needs attention. You decide how often.
Deviations and additional costs
Requests for additional costs are submitted and assessed digitally, with fixed response times. Everything stays recorded and traceable.
Reports
Performance and cost overviews are compiled automatically at regular intervals, and outstanding claims are clearly listed together.
